Any and all information collected by USLG is done so through secure forms via the company’s website and is given voluntarily by the customer. The purpose of collecting this information is for identifying and communicating purposes.

If, at any time, sharing of personal information becomes necessary, the company will not do so without receiving written consent from the customer. Any information collected will be used to contact, communicate, or do business with the customer.

Personal information obtained from the customer will be stored by the company for an indeterminate length of time, to be used for communication and business purposes. Any and all information will be stored on a secure server by the company and will only be accessible to the customer and select employees of USLG.
Section IV: Your Rights Regarding Personal Information
At any time the customer has the right to stop any and all correspondence with the company; this includes emails, phone calls, promotional materials, and other forms of communication. The customer can also request that any personal information is deleted and no longer stored by the company. The customer can request these changes by replying to any emails sent from the company or by contacting the company via the information on the contact page.
